GARDEN OF 28 BUDDHAS

The height of the 28-Buddha statutes is 10 feet and may be one of the tallest in Sri Lanka in terms of its height. In the garden are also grown all variants of the Bodhi Tree which the past 28 Buddhas meditated under before They gained Enlightenment.

Herbal Garden

Aruvyedic homeopathy plants

A herbal garden of medicinal value where all types of homeopathy plants will be grown.

 

It has a good  start with the local villagers donating 1,000 medicinal plants for the herbal garden on Kathina Day, 30 October 2005.

INTERNATIONAL MEDITATION CENTRE

Several kutis shall be built into man-made caves for the Sangha and the laity to meditate in a very reclusive and serene environment.
